ABSENCES & LATE FEES

Refunds are only provided for absences exceeding four weeks due to illness, injury, or a family holiday. Credits are not offered for missed classes at any other time.

Public holiday closures are automatically credited.

Payments must be made within 14 days of the instalment due date. Late fees will apply to overdue invoices.

A minimum of two weeks' notice is required if a student wishes to withdraw from a class.
